Tonbay Industry Co., Limited, located in the largest industrial and commercial city of China--Shanghai, is established by Xuzhou Hualian Glass Products Co., Ltd in July, 2007, and mainly engages in export and import business of glass bottle. Our main products cover wine bottles, beverage bottles, perfume bottles, nail polish bottles, pickles bottles, jam bottles, honey bottles, candle bottles, condiment bottles, sesame oil bottles, olive oil bottles, health bottles, milk bottles, infusion bottle ,essential oil bottle ,glass cup and glass ware and so on . The glass bottle can be screen printed, engraved, coated and frosted and other deep procession according to customers¡¯ requirement. The exporting quantity can reach by 70% every year. Our products have been exported to many countries, such as Middle-East Japan, Indonesia, Australia, USA, Canada, Russia, Italy, Brazil, Egypt etc.
Hualian factory in Xuzhou province have 1600 staff. Among these staff, 46 and 15 staff has professional titles of middle and senior ranks respectively, and 120 quality control personnel. We can produce700000 pieces glass bottle daily. Our factory has automatic injection molding machine to produce various versions of the tin lid and the plastic lid, mainly: 38#. 43#,53#,58#,63#,70#,82#. 110££ and PE,PP and ABS cap. We also can open high quality and standard mould for customers in the shortest time because of our professional technical staff and advanced equipment.
